"Hair of the Dog Grog"

• 1 oz Eggnog
• 6 oz Hot coffee

• Lemon peel twist
• Orange peel twist
• 2 cloves

• 1/4 oz orange liqueur
• 3/4 oz 151 proof Demerara rum

• Tall cinnamon stick

Pour coffee and eggnog into a tall Tiki mug. Stir.
In a small pan, ignite the peels, cloves, liqueur, and rum.
Spoon flaming mixture into the coffee.
Use the cinnamon stick to stir.
