• 1-1/2 oz brandy
• 1/2 oz Triple Sec
  
• 1/2 oz lemon or lime juice

Shake with ice.
Strain into a cocktail glass.

"10-Speed" (variation)

• 1 oz vodka
  
• 3/4 oz melon liqueur
  
• 1/2 oz half-and-half
• 1/4 oz coconut rum

Shake with ice.
Strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice.

"Locomotive"

• 5 oz Claret
• 1/2 oz orange cuaçao
  
• 1 oz honey
  
• 1-1/2 tsp sugar

Simmer the ingredients in a small saucepan.
Remove from heat.
Add 1 beaten egg.
Stir.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Serve hot in a mug.
