2 cocktails!

CARAVAN

-2 1/2 ounces (75 mL) of red wine

-1/3 ounces (10 mL) of Cointreau

-2 1/2 ounces (75 mL) of cola

-Ice cubes

-Maraschino cherry

Pour ingredients into an ice filled glass. Stir. Garnish with cherry.

RUSSIAN CARAVAN

-1 1/4 oz Bourbon

-1 oz pine-smoked black tea, infused with a bit of honey while steeping, then chilled

-1/2 oz St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur

-Splash of fresh lemon juice

-Club Soda

Shake all ingredients (except club soda) in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a glass filled with ice. Top with club soda. Garnish with a lemon twist.
