"Matai" Cocktail (an Italian variation on the Mai Tai)

• 1/4 oz Bacardi rum
  
• 1/4 oz Campari cordial
  
• 1 tsp Rémy Martin cognac
  
• 1 tsp Galliano
  
• 3/4 oz pineapple juice
• 1 oz grapefruit liqueur (Dry Pompello used to be a brand that was available)
  
• a few drops of grenadine
  

• Drop 5 ice cubes into an old-fashioned glass
• Add ingredients in the above listed order
• Stir and serve with a straw
• Garnish with a mint leaf
