SET 3: JUNGLE EXOTICA Exotica with a jungle theme this month... and two jungle cocktails to sip as you listen:

JUNGLE ROCKET

• 1.25 oz banana Liqueur
• 1.25 oz Triple Sec
• 1.25 oz Midori
• 4 oz orange juice
• dash grenadine

Pour ingredients (except grenadine) into a shaker filled with ice; shake and pour into a tall glass. Add a dash of grenadine and serve.

JUNGLE MANIA

• 1 oz blue curaçao
• 1 oz Galliano
• 1 oz orange juice

Pour ingredients into a shaker filled with ice; shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
